I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is simply perfect with the outlet stores just a short walk away. It made shopping a breeze! The hotel itself is exquisite, with top-notch amenities like room service and laundry facilities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, from ironing facilities to a sitting area. I especially enjoyed the terrace, where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was very very nice specially the staff the were very helpfull they just wait you to ask anything to reply with a big smile, the room was very modern and clean,the parking are available ,the resturant was nice ,waitress are helpfull , the food is fantastic ,the decoration was incrediblein in general the hotel is fabulous

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and coziness of the hotel. The decorations were amazing, and there was a festive atmosphere that made us feel at home. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a great variety of tasty dishes. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring surrounding shops and attractions.

Our room was very small and uncomfortable. The bed was too hard, and the walls were thin, so we could hear the street noise all night.

Very clean, newly renovated room, Metzingen best location

Good location for shopping, no other reason to be in Metzingen from what i saw. Room layout is a bit strange but fine for us. Nice breakfast if you're ready to pay 12 EUR pp/ They have underground parking for EUR 8 per day, makes sense and convenient.

if no parking spaces available at the underground facility it's gonnna be rather difficult to find any space at all for your car.

Convenient location, clean rooms, and delicious cuisine at Hotel-Restaurant Schwanen made our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the fine suebian cuisine served at the beautifully decorated restaurant. The service staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The hotel's proximity to the shopping area was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very cozy hotel with the best location for doing some shopping at the outlets. Breakfast was really very fresh and served very neatly. Diner at the restaurant was excellent. In general a good conbination of cozyness and classyness.

Very very small room with no air-condition

We had a great stay at this hotel located in the heart of a shopping district, close to the outlet. The staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting local places. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom and had nice facilities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to select from.

The parking lot was a bit inconvenient to use, especially when it rained, as it was uncovered.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable- just a five-minute walk from the train station and the shopping center. The staff was amazing, especially the young man at the front desk who helped us with our luggage and called a taxi for us. The breakfast service was excellent, with a good variety of food and attentive staff. The new and beautifully designed rooms were comfortable and clean.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
